I’m really good at taking breaks! I’m probably much better at taking breaks than I am at doing anything else, although some sort of fire has recently been lit. But workaholic suggests you work to avoid something else, and that is not how I view it. I work to get more involved in learning about myself, about how I work with others, and about my relationships. What I do for a living, thankfully, is some sort of giant catharsis. And it allows you, if done insightfully, to be more present in daily life.
